Standard Shipping: Guaranteed Delivery Cut-Off Dates
To ensure your order arrives before Eid, please place your order by the following dates for Standard Shipping:

  • U.S.A & Canada – Monday, March 17, 2025
  • Europe – Wednesday, March 19, 2025
  • Australia & New Zealand – Thursday, March 13, 2025
  • U.K. (Including Scotland & N.I.) – Wednesday, March 26, 2025

For U.K. orders placed after March 26th, 2025:
Your order may still arrive in time for Eid if you:

  1. Place your order by Saturday, March 29, 2025, 1:00 AM.
  2. Select the ‘Special Guaranteed’ delivery option.

UPS Express Shipping: Guaranteed Delivery Cut-Off Dates
For faster shipping, these are the guaranteed delivery cut-off dates for UPS Express:

  • U.S.A & Canada – Tuesday, March 25, 2025
  • Europe – Tuesday, March 25, 2025
  • Australia & New Zealand – Saturday, March 15, 2025
  • South Africa – Thursday, March 20, 2025

Local Orders (Manchester & Surrounding Areas)
If you're in the Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, or Stockport areas, we can guarantee delivery up until the day before Eid if you select the Special Guaranteed Delivery option at checkout. Your package could arrive anytime during the day, even up until midnight.

For Regions Not Listed Above
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Eid for locations not listed here due to potential courier delays.

U.K. Orders After the Cut-Off Date
You can still place U.K. orders after the cut-off date, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day Delivery) will be available. However, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after March 26, 2025 using Royal Mail Tracked 24 will arrive before Eid. Local orders are excluded from this when using Special Guaranteed Delivery..

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier (e.g., shipping delays or other issues beyond our control).
  • We are also not responsible if a delivery attempt fails due to being unable to reach you at the time of delivery or if the shipping address provided was incorrect.


U.K Standard Delivery via Royal Mail:

We offer FREE U.K standard delivery on all orders (including Northern Ireland). The delivery time is 2-3 working days after the order has been dispatched. You should receive the parcel in the time frame stated above. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 2 working days of your order being placed. In the unlikely event you do not receive your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you; however, we cannot take any responsibility once the parcel has left our premises. Any issues regarding delivery should be raised with the courier themselves. Similarly, Ruby Designs will NOT be held responsible for contact details or addresses entered incorrectly during the ordering process, or parcels that are claimed as lost, when there is proof of delivery.*


U.K Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail:


U.K next day delivery is £5. Orders placed before 5 will be dispatched the following morning. You should receive your parcel the following day after dispatch. Please note, this service is available Monday - Thursday. Any next day delivery orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

International Delivery 

We currently offer international delivery to Europe (including Republic of Ireland), U.S.A, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan South Africa, Saudi Arabia, India, U.A.E, Qatar and Malaysia. All services are with tracked delivery. Please find shipping costs below for up to a maximum of FOUR suits. Any orders containing more than 4 suits will incur additional shipping charges as the weight of the parcel increases; we will get in touch to arrange for you to make payment for the correct parcel weight 

Europe: Standard Tracked (5 to 7 Working Days) - £15.00
- Up to 2KG in weight only. If your parcel is more than 2KG, we will get in touch to arrange for you to make payment for the correct parcel weight.

Canada: International Standard Tracked (5 to 10 working days) -  £20.00
- Up to 2KG in weight only. If your parcel is more than 2KG, we will get in touch to arrange for you to make payment for the correct parcel weight.

USA: International Standard Tracked (5 to 7 working days) - £20.00
- Up to 2KG in weight only. If your parcel is more than 2KG, we will get in touch to arrange for you to make payment for the correct parcel weight.

 

Please note, we do not take any profits on shipping costs, and usually cover any additional costs ourselves - this is the direct cost from the courier (Royal Mail) themselves.

Australia and New Zealand: International Tracked (5 to 10 working days) - £25.00

Asia (Saudi Arabia, India, Qatar and Malaysia)International Tracked (7 to 10 working days) - £25.00

U.A.E: International Tracked (2 to 5 working days) - £23

Pakistan: International Tracked (7 to 10 working days) - £30.00

South Africa: International Tracked (7 to 10 working days) - £30.00

Deliveries to some EU countries are facing delays due to Covid-19. Please note, customs or duty charges may now be applicable for EU customers due to Brexit, which must be paid by the customer.

The customer is liable to pay for any and all taxes, customs or duty charges for their country of residence. These charges will be determined by the local postal authority in your country of residence. This amount will need to be paid in full by the customer and we cannot accept any liability for these charges, as these charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the customs charges, and the parcel is kept by the customs department/sent back to us, the customer will not be refunded the shipping costs as well as being charged a restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund to the customer. 

Shipping Information and Delivery

ALL orders that are placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

ALL orders that exceed weight/parcel size limits and require extra postage costs to be paid will be the responsibility of the customer. Ruby Designs will contact the customer to pay for the extra postage costs and the customer must pay. Ruby Designs will not make any profit from these charges as they will only invoice the customer the amount needed to cover the postage costs being charged by the courier.

Refunds and Exchanges: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. We also do not accept any cancellations once an order has been placed and this also applies to any sale items, sale periods and Ramadan/Eid period orders. We will not accept cancellations for any pre-orders for any reason at all. Customers are advised to read the products description and check the size guide before ordering, as returns/exchanges will not be accepted for sizing issues. All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and sent out to you. However, if your order is received damaged, you must contact Ruby Designs STRAIGHT AWAY, on receipt of delivery. We will not accept any claims (e.g. for damage/wrong size received) made after 24 hours of receiving your parcel (this includes the day you receive your parcel). We do not take responsibility for items damaged in transit, after they have left our premises. Ruby Designs will request photographic evidence of the entire order. This would include photographs of individual items, the fault/s and the clothing tags. Items must be returned in the condition you received them in and must not have been worn, washed, tried on and all labels MUST still be attached. The cost of return shipping is at the buyers own cost. You must provide Ruby Designs with a tracking number, and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the package reaches us, as we will not be held liable for any missing parcel/s being returned to us. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Return items must be packed in the original packaging they were received in. Ruby Designs reserve the right to refuse a faulty product back if we believe it is reasonable to do so at our discretion. 

Perfectly Imperfect Suits:

All suits sold as defective will NOT be refunded under any circumstances as these suits are labelled and sold as defective with images displaying the defect in the listing.
