Shipping and Returns

EID DELIVERY PERIOD: FEBRUARY 2026 – MARCH 2026

The guaranteed Eid delivery cut-off dates using standard shipping are as below:

  • U.S.A and Canada - Monday 9th March 2026

  • Europe - Thursday 12th March 2026

  • Australia and New Zealand - Friday 6th March 2026

  • U.K (including Scotland and Northern Ireland) - Friday 13th March 2026

For U.K orders placed after this date, delivery will only be guaranteed before Eid if you select the ‘Special Guaranteed’ delivery option at checkout.

The guaranteed Eid delivery cut-off dates using UPS Express Shipping (International) and Royal Mail Special Guaranteed by 1pm are as below:

  • U.K (Royal Mail Special Guaranteed by 1pm) - 18th March 2026 for orders placed before 1pm

  • U.S.A and Canada - Sunday 15th March 2026

  • Europe - Monday 16th March 2026

  • Australia and New Zealand – Thursday 12th March 2026

  • South Africa – Thursday 12th March 2026

If you are local to us in and around the Manchester area, we can deliver to you up until the day before Eid if you checkout with our Special Guaranteed Delivery option. Your delivery will be made at any time throughout the day on the day before Eid, and this can be right up until or past midnight. Our driver will be in contact with you via text to let you know they are on the way to drop your parcel off.

For any other regions not mentioned above, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your order will reach you in time for Eid due to courier delays.

U.K orders can still be placed as usual after our cut-off date, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day Delivery) will still be available. However, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after Monday 16th March 2026 using Royal Mail Tracked 24 will reach you in time for Eid. This excludes local orders.

We will not be responsible for any orders placed before the cut-off date that do not arrive in time due to issues outside of our control, such as courier delays or other courier-related problems.

We will also not be responsible if a delivery attempt is made and no one is available at home to receive the parcel, or if Royal Mail is unable to deliver the parcel.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos for resolution. Unfortunately, claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier (e.g. shipping delays or other issues beyond our control).

  • We are also not responsible if a delivery attempt fails due to being unable to reach you at the time of delivery, or if the shipping address provided was incorrect.

U.K Standard Delivery via Royal Mail

We offer FREE U.K standard delivery on all orders (including Northern Ireland). Delivery time is 2–3 working days after the order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 2 working days of your order being placed.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot take any responsibility once the parcel has left our premises. Any issues regarding delivery should be raised directly with the courier. Similarly, Ruby Designs will not be held responsible for contact details or addresses entered incorrectly during the ordering process, or parcels that are claimed as lost when there is proof of delivery.

U.K Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail

U.K next day delivery is £5.00. Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the following morning. You should receive your parcel the day after dispatch. Please note, this service is available Monday to Thursday. Any next day delivery orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Ruby Designs will not be held responsible for courier delays, damage to items caused by the courier, or missed deliveries by the customer. Any issues regarding delivery should be raised directly with the courier. Ruby Designs will also not be held responsible for incorrect contact details or addresses entered during the ordering process, or parcels that are claimed as lost when there is proof of delivery.

International Delivery

We currently offer international delivery to Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), U.S.A, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, India, U.A.E, Qatar and Malaysia. All services are tracked.

Shipping costs below are for up to a maximum of four suits. Any orders containing more than four suits will incur additional shipping charges due to increased parcel weight. We will contact you to arrange payment for the correct shipping cost.

Europe: Standard Tracked (5–7 working days) – £15.00

  • Up to 2KG in weight. If your parcel exceeds 2KG, we will contact you to arrange payment for the correct parcel weight.

Canada: International Standard Tracked (5–10 working days) – £20.00

  • Up to 2KG in weight.

USA: International Standard Tracked (5–7 working days) – £20.00

  • Up to 2KG in weight.

Please note, we do not make any profit on shipping costs and usually cover any additional costs ourselves. These are the direct costs charged by the courier (Royal Mail).

Australia and New Zealand: International Tracked (5–10 working days) – £25.00
Asia (Saudi Arabia, India, Qatar and Malaysia): International Tracked (7–10 working days) – £25.00
U.A.E: International Tracked (2–5 working days) – £23.00
Pakistan: International Tracked (7–10 working days) – £30.00
South Africa: International Tracked (7–10 working days) – £30.00

Deliveries to some EU countries may experience delays. Please note that customs or duty charges may now be applicable for EU customers due to Brexit, which must be paid by the customer.

The customer is liable to pay for any taxes, customs or duty charges applicable in their country of residence. These charges are determined by the local postal authority. If the customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will not be refunded shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.



Shipping Information and Delivery

All orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

Any orders that exceed weight or parcel size limits and require additional postage costs must be paid by the customer. Ruby Designs will contact the customer to arrange payment. We do not make any profit from these charges and only invoice the amount required by the courier.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. We also do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, including sale items, sale periods, and Ramadan/Eid period orders. Cancellations will not be accepted for any pre-orders under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to read the product description and check the size guide before ordering, as returns or exchanges will not be accepted for sizing issues.

All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and sent out. However, if your order is received damaged, you must contact Ruby Designs immediately upon receipt of delivery. Claims made more than 24 hours after receiving your parcel will not be accepted.

Ruby Designs will request photographic evidence of the entire order, including individual items, faults and clothing tags. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in, unworn, unwashed and with all labels still attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

You must provide a tracking number for any returns, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package reaches us. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you or withhold refunds for amounts attributable to the loss or damage.

Ruby Designs reserves the right to refuse a faulty product return if we believe it is reasonable to do so at our discretion.

Please Note

We operate a strict no returns or exchanges policy. In the rare instance that an exchange is accepted at our discretion and not due to a fault on our part, all shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

Perfectly Imperfect Suits

All suits sold as defective will not be refunded under any circumstances. These suits are clearly labelled and sold as defective/with missing items, with images displaying the defect in the listing/text to indicate which items are missing.
