Are all your suits stitched?

Yes, all of our suits are stitched and ready to wear.

How much does shipping cost?

All of our orders include free UK standard delivery.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?

You should receive your parcel within 3–5 working days after your order has been dispatched, unless otherwise stated on our website, such as delayed dispatched during peak seasons, such as Eid.

What couriers do you use for your shipping?

We use Royal Mail or UPS delivery services for all orders.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. This also includes pre-ordered items. Please refer to our 'Shipping & Returns' page for full details. 

What is the best way to contact you?

Will you be restocking your sold out designs?

Many of our suits are high in demand and sell out quickly during our launches. Pieces that are limited and exclusive will not be restocked. We try our best to restock our popular designs as quickly as we can, and this is usually announced on our social media pages. Please follow us for updates and make note of launch and restock dates and times to avoid disappointment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship to various countries, which can be viewed on our 'Shipping & Returns' page. You can select the country you would like your order shipped to at checkout, and the total cost will be calculated for you in your local currency.
